#31 northern Pike

For. The. Love. Of. The. Fight.

I was so nervous he was going to snap the line.  I was so proud I got him in. I am so grateful for @dirtyjerzeyfishing and @the_catterman for coaching me and helping me grow as a fisherwoman (not a lot of those around). I am so happy that I caught this big boy. 

We went to @the_catterman 's honey hole 🤫🤫 and we hung out all day. I caught mine first. We had a couple poles in the water and because mine was new for my lifers list, they let me take the first big boy bite. Took a couple hours for the second. we went to the other side of the the bridge and caught some killer largie Billie bass, Sunnys and crappie. 

Mark had the buzzer beater for sure. I was getting cold after a long day fishing and mark wanted to get that sundown bite. Thank goodness we were patient because this gorgeous girl bit immediately after mark threw his bait in the water.

we ate WELL. Catterman cooked for the house and made some crazy peanut oil fried sunfish and crappie. They went down like butter and were so flaky and delicious
