Cannot believe I hadn't caught a shiner before! Been working the creek behind my house hard. We got really bad flooding a few weeks ago and it completely changed the layout of the rocks and created a very deep pool.
I know there are eel and bullhead down there too but they keep teasing me and I haven't been able to hook one yet.
